Small burger joint serving great burgers!

You’ve probably driven by Burger House in League City hundreds of times and never thought much about what’s in there.  The exterior may look unassuming, and the interior a little rustic, but don’t let looks fool you.  Burger House is a stereotypical hole-in-the-wall burger joint.  It’s a small shop serving big tastes.  The burgers here are outstanding, for which the City of League City put them on the top of the list for the best burgers in the area.  I must say, I too, along with several others I have spoken with, think these are the best burgers around as well.

The owners here are great.  They are friendly, and obviously care about delivering high quality, great tasting food.  Although the menu sticks to the basics, burgers, fries, onion rings, tots, sodas, and shakes, with a few extras for those that don’t want a burger (like fried shrimp, chicken strips, or a salad), they do offer a wide variety of burger options.  The menu is simple, the burgers range from Angus Beef burgers, WAGYU beef, to ribeye steak , turkey, fish, chicken, black bean, and vegi burgers.   In addition to their own sauces and seasonings, they make their own amazing homemade buns, onion-rings, and hand-scooped ice cream shakes.

The serving concept here is simple, you order your meal, and add the toppings yourself.  They offer a condiment and topping bar with the usual condiments, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and pico-de-gallo.  Additional toppings are also available upon request, some with additional fees like cheese, bacon, grilled onions, avocado, and even a fried egg to name a few.  With all these options, you can create your very own burger masterpiece.

Next time you are in the area around lunch or dinner time, think twice about passing by Burger House once again without trying it.  Stop in and give it a try.  I hope you enjoy the burgers as much as I do.

Homemade Buns, Onion Rings, Sauces, and more…

Although I don’t believe everything on the menu is home made, the owners of Burger House League City have created some delicious sauces and seasonings they add and/or top their burgers with.  In addition, they make their own delicious homemade buns, onion-rings, salad dressing, and even hand scoop their ice-cream shakes.
